SERVICES
Five ways this usually starts.
Most clients begin with a session, then a survey. Building comes after, once we both know what's worth building. Nothing here has a published price, because a number quoted before we've seen the work is a guess — and you'd spend the rest of the conversation justifying it.
Process Survey & AI Roadmap
We draw how your operations actually run, find the few points where AI genuinely helps, and give you a costed roadmap. Yours to keep regardless of what you do next.
Two to three weeks
Priced after the session, once we both know the scope.
What's included- five to eight stakeholder interviews
- three to five processes drawn with time and cost
- a scored opportunity register
- build-versus-buy analysis per opportunity
- a twelve-month roadmap in three horizons
- an ROI model built on your figures
- a shadow-AI audit and draft acceptable use policy
- a durability review — what in this roadmap breaks when the tools change, and what doesn’t
- a ninety-minute presentation to your leadership.
Training & AI Knowledge Sessions
Two forms. Standalone sessions that bring a team up to speed on where AI actually stands — the tools, the models, agents, self-hosted options, what changed this quarter and what it means for your work. And enablement built into every survey and build, because a system nobody was taught to run is abandonware.
Half-day to two days
Priced per session and cohort, not per head.
What's included- executive briefings for leadership, or hands-on practitioner workshops for the people doing the work
- current-state sessions on AI tooling, agents and self-hosted options, refreshed as the landscape moves
- a prompt library built around your actual processes
- a recording of the session
- a written summary to management of the opportunities that surfaced during the day.
Enablement is included in every build at no separate charge. Sessions run on your own processes and your own documents — never demo data.
Automation Build
One to three workflows, built properly. Guardrails, fallbacks, monitoring and documentation as standard rather than extras.
Three to four weeks
Priced after the survey, against the workflows we agree.
What's included- build in your own accounts under your own credentials
- exception handling and failure paths
- human approval steps on anything customer-facing
- monitoring and spend alerts
- full documentation and a runbook
- a recorded walkthrough
- a named internal owner, trained
- thirty days of support.
Custom Application Build
Sometimes nothing off the shelf fits the way you actually work. We build the application — web-based, in your accounts, integrated with what you already run. I’ve been doing this since it meant SQL and Access; the tools have changed, the discipline hasn’t.
Scoped case by case
Priced against the specification the survey produces.
What's included- requirements drawn from the process map, not from a wishlist
- a working prototype in week two
- your infrastructure or your cloud — your choice
- integration with existing ERP, WMS or accounting systems
- documentation and source handover
- thirty days of support.
AI Governance Readiness
A documented AI position that survives scrutiny from your data protection officer, your professional body, your principals, and the legislation currently being drafted.
Two to three weeks
Priced after the session, once we both know the scope.
What's included- an inventory of every AI tool in use, sanctioned or otherwise
- risk classification of current use
- an acceptable use policy written for your sector
- a human oversight matrix
- a vendor assessment checklist
- PDPA alignment review
- readiness assessment against Malaysia's AI governance framework
- a staff briefing pack and training record.
AI Adoption Retainer
Monitoring and tuning, one enhancement a month, and a quarterly re-scoring of your processes against what's newly possible — new models, cheaper inference, agents, self-hosted options. The alternative is calling us in a panic eighteen months later at project rates.
Talks, briefings, and an open method.
We run sector briefings for associations, chambers and industry groups on where AI genuinely fits in operations — and where it doesn't. No charge for association events. Our method is published rather than proprietary; if you want to run it yourself, the approach page tells you how.
