PROCESS-DRIVEN AI ADOPTION · KUALA LUMPUR
Nobody knocks down a wall before they’ve seen the plan.
Most AI projects skip that step. We draw the plan of how your business actually works — then build only what the plan justifies.
Three sessions available this month. No pitch deck.
TWO DECADES INSIDE THE OPERATION
Two decades running distribution operations — Zuellig Pharma · DKSH · Arrow Electronics · Avnet · Bossard
Not advising on operations. Running them — P&L, audits, headcount, and the systems built to hold it together.
WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING
You've already tried. Nothing structural changed.
The licences were the easy part
Someone bought the subscriptions. Three people use them well. Everyone else forgot. Tools don't fix a process nobody wrote down.
The consultants quoted six figures
Their minimum engagement is bigger than your annual technology budget, and the answer arrives as a slide deck.
And next year the tools will be different
Models, agents, self-hosted options, whole AI operating systems. If your adoption is glued to one tool, you rebuild it every eighteen months.
THE WORK
Four steps, in this order.
01
Survey
We sit with your team and draw how the work actually flows, exceptions included.
02
Decide
Where AI genuinely helps — usually fewer places than expected. Sometimes the answer is a cheaper tool, or deleting the step.
03
Build
Systems, or a custom application where nothing off the shelf fits. Your accounts, your credentials, four to six weeks.
04
Hand over
Your team trained, a named owner, and a plan that outlives the tools we used.
WHERE WE WORK
Deep in a few industries, rather than shallow in all of them.
OUR HARD RULE
We don't touch your confidential data. Ever.
No client files. No patient records. No student data. We work the operational layer around them — intake, scheduling, reporting, documentation, internal knowledge. If a project can't be done inside that boundary, we say so and point you elsewhere.
It's written into every contract, and it's why your data protection officer will sign this off.
BUILT TO OUTLIVE THE TOOL
The tools will change. The plan shouldn't.
Models get cheaper and better every quarter. Agents and skills are becoming the default. Self-hosted AI is now realistic for a sixty-person firm that couldn’t consider it last year.
Think of AI tools as fittings. The process architecture underneath is the wiring. Get the wiring right and swapping a fitting is an afternoon. Get it wrong and every upgrade is a renovation.
We build the wiring, document it, and re-score your processes against what’s newly possible — because in two years, it will be.
NO CASE STUDIES YET. HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO INSTEAD.
The Process Room Session.
Ninety minutes, on site or by video, at no cost. One process you already know is broken, drawn properly. You leave with the plan, the three highest-value opportunities scored on effort and impact, and an honest answer on whether AI belongs in it.
If it doesn't, that's what the summary will say — and you still keep the plan.
WHAT YOU GET
- A drawn plan of one core process
- Three opportunities, scored on effort and impact
- An honest go / no-go on each
- A written three-page summary within 48 hours
WHAT WE NEED
- A business of ten or more people
- One process you already know is broken
- Two or three people who know that process, plus whoever can approve a fix
Ninety minutes, and nothing stops while we run it. Three sessions per month — a capacity limit, not a marketing tactic.
Not sure whether you need this?
That's usually the right place to start. Book a session — and if the honest answer is that you don't need us, we'll say so.
