Book a Process Room Session.

Ninety minutes, free, three each month. We draw one process properly and tell you honestly whether AI belongs in it. If it doesn’t, that’s what the summary will say.

Will the person who can approve a fix be in the session?

We reply within one business day. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and try to point you somewhere useful.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

  1. A business of ten or more people
  2. One process you already know is broken
  3. Two or three people who know that process, plus whoever can approve a fix

The third one matters most, and the approver matters more than the number. Sessions without someone who can say yes tend to produce a nice conversation and nothing else.
